This is the story of our quest for a child of our own when fertility, the NHS and money are against us

Gavin and Stacey
I was right. Gavin and Stacey had a happy ending. No intervention required. IVF wasn't even mentioned. It seems that in the land of TV comedy, a low sperm count is something that just goes away. Grrrrr!
As much as I enjoyed Gavin & Stacey, my heart went out to you and all the other people who watched it and are in the same situation. It was pretty unrealistic and unhelpful. I'm sure there are loads of people in the same boat, and those parents you see pushing prams around the shops may well have been through the same thing and come out the other side. Similarly, those friends who are optimistically making plans to start their families may find they are faced with similar issues too. I hope you'll soon have your own success story to share with us all.
